Return and Exchange

We will only accept returns and exchanges if the item arrives damaged or incorrect. 

 Please note we are a small Australian business and due to the nature of our products being hand loomed and hand dyed  we only carry a few exclusive pieces of each design.

Exchanges

We will only send a replacement for incorrect delivery or damaged item.

If you want to exchange your original order with another design, you will need to ship back the item to us, at your own expense.  Once we receive it, we will issue a store credit equal to the original purchase amount, then you can place a new order for your desired design.
