This fine mesh loose leaf infuser is the perfect companion to Naturally Healthful's organic wellness teas.
Using a lid is a must when brewing herbal tea as it prevents volatile oils from escaping with the steam, which in turn helps enhance the natural healing power of the plants in the tea.

Directions
• 1-2 heaped teaspoons per cup for 5-10 minutes at 100ºC, ideally with a lid on to stop the volatile oils from escaping. Drink 30 minutes to 1 hour before sleep. 1-2 cups.
• Add a dash of honey if you'd like a little sweetness.
• 38 serves is an estimate based on 1 heaped teaspoon per cup.
