Just like our existing VIVRAs it has a patented belt-free and bi-fold design that is as ingenious as it is simple. It simply folds over the waistband of any garment and is snapped securely into place with special neodymium magnets – meaning that mobile phones won't be affected and that the VIVRA won't move an inch, even during rigorous physical activity.

To all of our friends who suffer from allergies and anaphylaxes, you'll be glad to know that the VIVRA will comfortably hold two EpiPens together with your phone and other essentials. (Please remember that your EpiPens should not be subjected to temperatures outside of the safe range).

WARNING: The VIVRA attaches with strong magnets. Women who may be pregnant should only use after seeking medical advice. Extreme caution should be taken when using the VIVRA around laptops, computers, insulin pumps, pacemakers, or any other electronic devices with moving parts. VIVRA International Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for any injury or loss sustained as a result of misuse. 

NOTE: The VIVRA is best worn with pants that have a snug fitting waistband. If worn with a loose waistband it will invariably bounce.

When you place your order, we know that you want to receive the item as fast as possible. We will make that happen.

How long will the entire ordering process take from order submission to delivery? 

We will do our best to deliver your product as fast as possible, depending on your location.

For Most Items:  3-7 days within Australia

After submitting your order, what's next?

- Our staff will manually review all orders of that day. The order review will be completed within 24 hours. It includes checking all customer's info, shipping address, spelling errors, missing street number or other details, etc. Within this period, cancellation is still possible.

- After the order review, all orders of that day will be fulfilled. It includes packaging, sorting, and dispatching. In this stage, NO CANCELLATION is accepted.

- The delivery will be handled by AUSTRALIA POST.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number, so you can track it every step of the way!  Packages may face delays beyond our control such as postal delays.

We do have pretty easy and straightforward refund & cancellation policies.  

We will issue a full refund back to your original payment method used IF AND ONLY IF:

- Your order gets lost while in transit.  You may also opt for a resend.  Resends will take 3-7 days, just like placing a new order.

- You received an incorrect item, size, style, etc..  In this situation, we will require you to send a photo.  You may also opt for a resend.  Resends will take 3-7 days, just like placing a new order.

- You received a damaged item.  We will require you to send a proof of damage.  You may also opt for a resend.  Resends will take 3-7 days, just like placing a new order.

- If your order is delayed (more than 15 days) due to reasons we have no control of like postal delay, we will issue a compensation store credit in the form of a coupon code.

We will NOT issue a refund if:

- After 24 hours from placing the order, you have changed your mind and decided to just cancel.

- After 24 hours from placing the order, you have decided to change the style, size, etc..

- You have entered an incorrect shipping address or any misspelled info resulting in a failed delivery.

CANCELLATION

We are happy to cancel orders within 24 hours from order placement, because during this stage, it's still under review.  If it's more than 24 hours, that means your order has been fulfilled OR in-queue for dispatch, and cancellation is no longer possible.
